Using Internet Explorer 5.5
Scripting errors are not seen when using Firefox
CAUSE:
Active Scripting is not enabled on the browser
FIX:
Perform the following steps to correct the issue.
1. Open an IE browser window
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. Click on the Security tab at the top
5. Click on the Custom Level button
6. Scroll down to the Scripting section in the Settings window
7. Click Enable for Active Scripting
8. Click the Okay button
9. Click the last Okay button
10. Close browser and/or any other active browsers
11. Start a new browser and access www.progress.com
