The WebSpeed Messenger can be download from the Progress Electronic Download Site. See solution P23753, "What is the Progress Download Center?".
The WebSpeed Messenger is located under Software, Deployment Components.
Once logged into the Progress Electronic Download site, select Software. A menu of software items will be displayed. Select Progress Deployment Components. From here, scroll down and locate the version of the WebSpeed Messenger that you are interested in downloading. Once you locate that version, select the product. Once that page opens, there will be a list of serial numbers and control codes for the various platforms. These serial numbers and control codes should be used for the specific platform you are interested in installing the product on. If you scroll down further, you can select the executable file you need to download to install on the platform you desire.
