AssignWidgetValue and AssignNewValue blanks dynamic lookups when assigning the same value as the lookup currently displays.
If a dynamic lookup already has a value and the AssignNewValue method or AssignWidgetValue method is used display the same value as the lookup, then the lookup displays blank.
AssignNewValue blanks a dynamic lookup.
AssignWidgetValue blanks a dynamic lookup.
keep_old_field_api is set to NO.
