FIX:
The following steps associate a .ini file named somefile.ini for the Progress Client runtime session of an OpenEdge project:
1. Right Click on the project name in the Resources View to access its context popup menu.
2. Select Properties to access the project's properties dialog.
3. Select OpenEdge from the items listed under the "type filter text" combo-box.
4. Type the following in the "Startup parameters" fill-in:
-basekey ini -ininame somefile.ini
Other client session startup parameters may be added here just as they are added on the command line of a windows shortcut.
