XCODE and XREF incompatible options on COMPILE statement
The XREF option is not a valid option when used in conjunction with
the XCODE option on the COMPILE statement.
As of 8.2b Doc this is not noted, The Language reference indicates
LISTING and DEBUG-LIST are not valid options but fails to mention that
XREF is also invalid.
