Is it possible to modify OpenEdge Architect procedure templates?

GOAL:

Can custom templates be added to the OpenEdge Architect?

FACT(s) (Environment):

Windows
OpenEdge 10.1A

FIX:

At the moment, there are two types of OpenEdge Architect template files. Those that may be modified and those that are not.
1. The modifiable template files:
These files have a .template file extension (file type) and are plain text files that may be edited both for lower case keywords and any other preferences for style and content. These files are located in the directory:
DLC\oeide\eclipse\plugins\com.openedge.pdt.text_10.1.0.00\runtime\ or the directory: DLC\oeide\eclipse\plugins\com.openedge.pdt.text_10.1.0.01\runtime\ depending on whether 10.1A01 service pack is installed or not. These files are plain text files and may be edited.
2. The read only templates files:
These files have a .ijet file extension type and are located in the directory:

DLC\oeide\eclipse\plugins\com.openedge.pdt.t4bl_10.1.0.01\templates

These are hard coded into a java class file and cannot be modified without JAVA knowledge.
IMPORTANT: Please note that modifying an existing or creating new custom OpenEdge Architect template procedure files is not supported.
