Problems when using BASE64-DECODE function
FACT(s) (Environment):
Without CR + LF characters the conversion works fine

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00119801
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later
Workaround:
Replace the CR + LF in the input string with blank
