Replication Server fails to connect to target database, error 9407 port 0
Connection failure for host <host_name> port <port> transport <transport_name>. (9407)
Connection failure for host <host_name> port 0 transport TCP.(9407)
primary broker for target database started with "-ServerType SQL"
proserve -db <target> ... -ServerType SQL - DBService replagent -S <port>
CAUSE:
Replication Server is not of SQL92 type but of 4GL type
FIX:
Do not have "-ServerType SQL" parameter for the primary broker
