The Dynamics files have been copied from a Windows system
The $DLC environment variable is set properly
The full path for the .pf file is specified for AppServer -pf startup parameter
The full path is surrounded by quotes
CAUSE:
Unlike Windows, UNIX uses the quotes as part of the name.
FIX:
Remove the single or double quotes.
