FIX:
No. For OpenEdge 10.1A or earlier there is no futionality that allow SQL92 to connect to more than one Progress database.
Starting in OpenEdge 10.1B, new functionality was added to allow multi-database connectivity for SQL92 connections.
Prior to 10.1B, it may be possible for third party programs to extend the functionality of Progress SQL92 and allow multiple connections using ODBC or JDBC.
Refer to the program documentation of the relevant third party client package to verify if multi-database connectivity is possible.
