SYSTEM ERROR: Index in for recid could not be deleted. (1422)
Error 137: SYSTEM ERROR: Record continuation not found, fragment recid <recid>. (137)
Error 2358: SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid record with recid <recid>. (2358)
SYSTEM ERROR: Cannot read field from record, not enough fields. (450)
CAUSE:
SCO has identified issues related to memory handling within the SCO operating systems which can lead to corruption of indices.
FIX:
SCO has requested the following or superceding maintenance patches be applied the the relevant operating systems:
Support Level Supplement (SLS) ptf8008b :
Open Unix 8.0.0 mup 6 (ou800m6)
Support Level Supplement (SLS) ptf7722a :
UnixWare 7.1.1 mup 4
Update Pack 4:
UnixWare 7.1.3
SCO UnixWare 7.1.4 should contain the relevant fix to this problem.
