Does the database conversion tool in proutil change recids?
FIX:
In many conversions, changes are made to the meta-schema of the Progress Database.
Fields are added or removed.
Records are added or removed.
Tables / VST's are added or removed.
These operations may modify recids of metaschema objects.
Existing recids of customer data should not change.
