SYMPTOM(s):
Open cursor error, please increase -c. (1445)
Open cursor error. Increase open_cursors in init.ora. (1446)
CAUSE:
The errors 1445 and 1446 are usually reported when the client is running out of cursors. The number of cursors is set by the OPEN_CURSORS setting in the ORACLE database, and by -c in the Progress client.
FIX:
Set the parameter -c to a higher value in the DataServer connection parameters.
