FIX:
In 10.1A a new VST was added to allow some visibility to how close the area is to reaching the maximum record count possible within the area.
In addition to this new VST, new error message has been created which will give warnings within the database log at 80% and 90% of the maximum record limits for an area if they have been reached within that area.
The following error message 13435 was added in 10.0B and later versions to provide warning that the database is approaching an internal limit.
Generic syntax of new log message:
bkxtn: WARNING: Area: <areaNumber> extent <extentName> has reached the <percentage> percent threshold for block usage - current block hiwater <maxAreaBlock>. (13435)
