SYMPTOM(s):
The drive type could not be determined for <driveletter>: (6044)
This is new installation on this host.
Conmgr.properties file was copied over from previous installation.
Database is an OS copy of the original.
Database copy was FTP to new server.
CAUSE:
Database copy was corrupted causing this error.
FIX:
Take a new copy of the database and restore to the new host.
