Errors during un-do phase when restarting the database

Dbtool option 6 reports 2 bad record formats
DBRPR reports 2 bad record fragments
Database is utilizaing both type I and type II storage areas
DBANALYS reports errors in type II cluster areas
prev cluster dbkey in 36800 expected 32768 prevCluster received 61440

CAUSE:
Faulty disk controller caused corruption within the type II storage areas.
FIX:
Restore from last known good back.
If DBANALYS still reports errors, but dbtool and dbrpr do not, dump the corrupt type II area data definitions and data, truncate the area, create new area and load the data definitions and data.
