Load carried out under Data Administration or Dictionary in OpenEdge 10.1A.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue under investigation by Development.
A dump carried out under Data Administration or Dictionary in OpenEdge 10.0B can sometimes result in separators being removed or data being concatenated. The record indicated by the 11841 message should be checked and compared with other records known to be valid.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1.A and dump the data with that.
If using 10.1A is not possible, then a binary dump should be carried out.
