How to set up FTP 2.2 in Windows
When you run FTP 2.2 in Windows, PROGRESS 6.2M might generate the
following error message.
TCP must be loaded and working before running multi-user PROGRESS.

In FTP 2.2, the Winsock.dll file is version 1.1 and is supplied in
C:\PCTCP. When you use Winsock.dll 1.1, upgrade to Windows 6.2M05.
Then follow the directions in "FTP 2.1 in Windows."
