SYMPTOM(s):
Installation of the WebSpeed messenger on the NameServer installation or vice versa corrupts the ubroker.properties file
NameServer is only product installed.
Everything is working.
All entries under NameServer are missing in Progress Explorer.
Unable to add NameServers to Folder in Progress Explorer.
Error message: Failed to Add Service "name".
CHANGE:
Installed the WebSpeed Messenger on the NameServer installation, or installed NameServer on the messenger installation
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
FIX:
Follow the steps below to correct the problem:
1. Stop the AdminServer and close the Progress Explorer.
2. Rename or delete the current ubroker.properties file
3. Restore the ubroker.properties file from ubroker.properties-sav file.
4. Start the AdminServer
5. Launch the Progress Explorer
