Unable to deploy or import a Web Service
Unable to read WSM file: test.wsm (10803)
Unable to read WSD file: NULL (10803)
No error messages in the wsa.log file
File permissions are correct
The $WRKDIR environment variable is set
The .wsm and/or .wsd files are not located in the $WRKDIR directory
CAUSE:
If the $WRKDIR is set, then the WSAMAN utility will only search the $WRKDIR for the files. If the $WRKDIR is not set, then the current directory is used.
FIX:
Copy the .wsm and/or .wsd files to the $WRKDIR directory.
