FIX:
Currently the Knowledge Center has an online "Search Tips" that help to address any questions that you may on how to effectively use the Knowledge Center.
Also, there is a Knowledge Center tutorial that will be placed onto the Knowledge Center and on PSDN very soon showing best practices on how to effectively use the Knowledge Center. The Knowledge Center tutorial is about 30 minutes long, however the tutorial contains a TBC (table of contents) allowing users to navigate through different sections at will.
Location of the tutorial on the Knowledge Center and PSDN is to TBD. However if you would like to have access to the tutorial right away, please contact your Technical Support Center.
