Download of .INI file occurs during WebClient setup
File is called REMOTE.INI
Application fails due to lack of settings caused by missing REMOTE.INI
PROWCAPP file is downloaded successfully
REMOTE.PF file is downloaded successfully
Application loads successfully after renaming REMOTE.INI
CAUSE:
The filename REMOTE.INI is associated with several viruses. It is suspected that access to REMOTE.INI was prevented by the installed AntiVirus software.
FIX:
Option #1
Change the name of REMOTE.INI
Option #2
Exclude the specific instance of REMOTE.INI in the AntiVirus software
