Getting _dbutil not found running proutil in OpenEdge 10.
proutil: _dbutil was not found.
FACT(s) (Environment):
All Supported Operating Systems
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
In OpenEdge 10, _proutil is a stub which calls _dbutil.
Scripts which reference proutil or _proutil will try to find _dbutil to complete the task.
If _dbutil can not be found within the PATH environment variable the _dbutil not found message will be generated.
FIX:
DLC should be set within all Progress related scripts as an environment variable pointing to the Progress installation.
$DLC/bin should be pre-pended to a PATH environment variable definition within the scripts.

DLC=/usr/dlc;export DLC
PATH=$DLC/bin:$PATH;export PATH
