java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
Works at the Windows command line with sqlexp.bat
CAUSE:
Port conflict.
Multiple versions of AdminServer had been setup on the machine and some of the ports for the other instance of the Progress installation were impacted.
FIX:
Make sure all ports on any broker, server or Adminserver are unique for any machine (or network card on the machine).
