FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
The specified database server does not support this function. (4634)
FIX:
When the session trigger SESSION:TIME-SOURCE = "dbname" is run against a DataServer that is not supported, message 4634 will occur.
MSS or ODBC DataServers, this feature is not supported
ORACLE DataServer, this feature is not supported in Progress 8.2C and prior
For ORACLE DataServer, there is a workaround for earlier versions: Create a stored procedure in ORACLE to access the time on the server and pass it back to the calling routine. You can then call this stored-procedure from your Progress application to retrieve the server time
For Progress/400 DataServer, this feature is only supported within version 9.x
