FIX:
Array support is the only SQL99 feature which has been implemented to date.
OpenEdge is currently SQL-92 compliant, as are the other major RDBMS vendors. We are selectively incorporating certain SQL-99 features in OpenEdge to satisfy specific release requirements, but we do not have a formal compliance/certification effort underway for SQL-99.
