** "<file-name>" was not found. (293)
PROPATH for AppServer contains that mapped network drive
CAUSE:
This is a permissions issue because the AdminServer is running as a Local System account and security restriction in Windows 2003
FIX:
Use an administrator account to start the AdminServer or a user account that is within the Administrator group and the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path on the AppServer PROPATH (i.e. \\server name \share name).
