SYMPTOM(s):
A Mouse wheel up or Mouse wheel down does not fire the SCROLL-NOTIFY event when the browse is scrolling.
The scroll-notify event only fires if the scroll-bar is used.

Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later.
