LoadLibrary Must be Used with Graphsman / Graphics Server
If you are attempting to use the graphics library formerly called
Graphsman (now called Graphics Server), you need to either use
a combination of LoadLibrary and FreeLibrary API calls or add the
PERSISTENT option to each of the external procedure definitions.
If you do not do this the graphing capabilities will not work.
