The .jsp page is present under <fathominstalldir>/web/database folder
HTTP ERROR: 500 only happens with remote scripted databases
HTTP ERROR: 500 only happens when Fathom host and remote container are different Progress verions.

CAUSE:
The problem is in the multiple schema support. The schema look up in Fathom is not version specific. We therefore maintain v9 database and v10 database schema. For example, this error results when we were trying to use the Fathom v10 schema on a v9 remote scripted database.
FIX:
Upgrade to Fathom Management 3.1A02 and OpenEdge 10.1A02
