Getting error setting up a Fathom Remote Container.

FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom Management 3.X
All Supported Operating Systems
CAUSE:
Permissions on the local system and remote system do not match with respect to users and groups (The user who started Adminserver did not have update privileges on $DLC/properties , more exactly smdatabase.properties)
FIX:
Standardize users and groups between both machines so that Fathom local and Fathom remote have no permissions issues modifying files.
