The connection is refused when making an JDBC connection
[DataDirect][ODBC OPENEDGE driver]Connection refused. Verify Host Name and Port
[DataDirect][ODBC OPENEDGE driver]Socket closed.
The database log file contains the following error message:
This broker supports 4GL clients only (8863)
CAUSE:
The database broker is configured to only accept 4GL connections.
FIX:
Start a secondary broker for SQL-92 connections or start only one broker without specifying -ServerType 4GL.
