Meta Catalog creation fails with Turkish client session
With -cpinternal and -cpstream set to Turkish a meta catalog cannot be created in OpenEdge Architect.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
As a work around, create the Meta Catalog database outside of Architect using PRODB from empty. Then if required, convert the database to the desired code page with proutil convchar, and start a broker for the new database. Then, from within Architect create a Met Catalog using the wizard, but do not specify to create a new catalog database. Instead use the previously created database.
