FIX:
1. To get the SQL statement used in a report to the screen:
1a. Open the Report Builder Report
1b. Press CTRL+ALT+P (this puts report builder into Debug Mode)
1c. Press F12 and a dialog will appear with the SELECT statement Report Builder uses to execute the report
2. To Print the SQL SELECT statement used in a report:
2a. Open the report in Report Builder
2b. Choose REPORT->Print... from the Report Builder Menu bar
2c. Choose Report Specification in the print combo box
2d. Choose the print button
