SYMPTOM(s):
Starting application the message "The Progress Compiler has been inactivated" is displayed.
Application startup fails because of compiler error.
CAUSE:
The AppBuilder source code had been modified in _procomp.p. This was preventing the application from starting.
FIX:
Remove AppBuilder modifications.
