The resource type is SUNW.HAStorage
CAUSE:
The DB resides on a local files ystem but the resource type SUNW.HAStorage just support global (shared) mount file systems.
FIX:
Use Debug option (set PSC_DEBUG=1 Environment variable) to confirm that the has resource (high availability storage resource) is failed when trying to be added to the registration and Move the database to a global file system.
