Can't serve database after auditing enabled.
Proserve hangs after auditing enabled on database.
AdminServer can't start database after auditing enabled.
Database starts in single user mode.
Database has auditing enabled.
Database primary broker using -ServerType SQL.
Database starts in multi-user mode from command line using proserve script.

Workarounds for earlier versions:
1. Define the primary broker to support both SQL and 4GL.

2. Define the primary broker as 4GL only and the secondary broker as SQL only
