4GL user running a query get 2659 error.
User running a Report Builder query gets error 2659.
Database log file contains message Unable to open or create srt file, error 13. (354)
Srt file was created.
File is writable.
User has access to directory.
CAUSE:
Problem was with OS security and the user's access to file system.
FIX:
Add user to the Active Directory Domain.
