Running Windows XP Service Pack 1
Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service is Running
CAUSE:
AdminServer and Progress Explorer were never intended for use with firewalls. The Windows XP Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service is acting as a personal firewall which causes a partial failure during Progress Explorer's connection to the remote AdminServer.
FIX:
Stop and disable the Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service on Windows XP
