File not found error during the webspeed messenger installation
Following error message is displayed:
The system cannot find the file specified.
(<path>\common>)
The WebSpeed messenger executable is downloaded from Progress ESD site
CAUSE:
Used the WebSpeed Transaction Server serial number and the control code to install the WebSpeed messenger.
FIX:
Use the WebSpeed Messenger control code and the serial number listed based on the platform on the Progress ESD site.
