Using ubroker.properties file from Progress 9.1x installation
CAUSE:
The file format of ubroker.properties has changed between Progress 9.1x and OpenEdge 10.x. A ubroker.properties file made for Progress 9.1x cannot be used directly in OpenEdge 10.x.
FIX:
Load the ubroker.properties file from a fresh installation of OpenEdge 10.x and apply the changes manually to re-create the services defined in the ubroker.properties from the Progress 9.1x installation.
