SYMPTOM(s):
The INDEX attribute is not documented for the browse cell.
The INDEX attribute only refers to the FILL-IN and TEXT widgets.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by development.
FIX:
Although it is not documented, the INDEX attribute works fine on the browse cell.
