found <dbkey>, expected <dbkey>, retrying. (9445)

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00124221
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.1B or higher.
If it is not possible to upgrade at this time the following serves as a workaround:
Have for each SQL92 server maximum one user.
i.e. specifying "-Ma 1" for the corresponding broker as for example:
proserve sports -S 9999 -n 21 -Mn 16 -Ma 4 -Mpb 5 -ServerType 4GL
proserve sports -S 8888 -Ma 1 -Mpb 10 -ServerType SQL -m3
