Able to register the proxies
When IIS tries to call method on AppServer the call fails
Unable to cast COM object of type <x> to interface type <y>. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with the IID <z> failed due to the following error: No such interface supported )Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).
CAUSE:
The Microsoft Java VM became corrupt (no idea how, possible Windows Update)
FIX:
Reinstall the Microsoft Java VM
