Actuate - How to Create Mailing Labels
When creating 4 by 1 mailing lables in Actuate,
1. Do not use the wizard. Use the Create
Blank Report option instead.
2. The Connections Component should be
added to the Report Content Section.
Establish your database connections
and queries here.
3. Add a PageList Component to the report.
Select AcSimpleList for in the
component dialog box.
4. Doubleclick the PageStyle-Page Component
and set Height to 11 and Width to 8.5
5. Add Flow Controls to the PageStyle-Page
Component.
6. Add a Frame Component to the report.
Doubleclick on the frame and change the
size of the frame the same as the size of
the labels.
7. Specify the fields needed in the frame.
8. Run the report.
