CAUSE:
The initial $FathomInstallDir/config/fathom.properties file was created improperly. The entries in the fathom.properties file may appear as:
carbon
httpenabled=true
httpport=9090
[fathom]
fathomupgradever=10.1A
FIX:
Move or delete the problme fathom.properties file and restart the AdminServer. Fathom should now load and start.
