Accessing a 3rd-party Web Service
CAUSE:
The SOAP response is defined as UTF-8, but the the special characters within the SOAP Response are not UTF-8 characters. The special characters are being sent as characters from a different codepage, e.g.: 1252. This can be verified through a network sniffer, e.g.: Ethereal.
FIX:
Please contact the Web Service provider to resolve this issue.
