FIX:
The XFTR's of the AppBuilder are still available and can still be used when starting the AppBuilder from the OpenEdge Architect. However, since the OpenEdge Architect is hosted on the Eclipse platform such functionality cannot be recognized in the Architect environment, for example with the Editor perspective.
To add Extensibility features to the Architect environment there is now the "Customization Editor" option from the OpenEdge->Tools menu. For details of how to use this new functionality please see the OpenEdge Architect Help.
