There is only one table involved in the select statement
The table contains few array fields
Database log file shows error 49 for the sqlsrv2 process
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing

Upgrade to Progress 9.1E04 64-Bit
