OS Kernel parameters maxfiles and maxfiles_lim are adequately set

CAUSE:
nfiles is set too low.
FIX:
Go to 'sam' and increase nfile kernel parameters in order to allow more files to be open on the machine. nfile will increase the number of files for the entire system not just per process.
